Responsibilities
- Leads and grows engineering teams spread across the US, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
- Acts as the main point of contact with the Hsinchu team during new product introduction.
- Finds and removes manufacturing and test risks early in the design stage.
- Owns supplier quality management, including component selection and lifecycle planning.
- Tracks manufacturing quality metrics such as yield and root-cause resolution.
- Connects the Hsinchu engineering team, contract manufacturers, and global leadership.
What you need
- Has 10 to 15+ years in operations, manufacturing, or supplier quality engineering in electronics, hardware, or data centers.
- Has managed engineering teams spanning multiple countries.
- Has led new product introduction and production ramp in the APAC region.
- Has expertise in design for manufacturing, design for test, and processes like PCBA.
- Has worked with contract manufacturing models such as EMS, JDM, or ODM.
- Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
Good to have
- Is familiar with Taiwan's engineering and manufacturing ecosystem.
