- Work with account executives to develop strategic accounts and find new opportunities
- Lead customer technical meetings, workshops, presentations, and proofs of concept
- Design enterprise storage and data infrastructure solutions
- Extend customer engagements into AI, cloud, virtualization, and Kubernetes
- Write technical proposals, architecture documents, and RFP responses
- Be a dependable technical advisor that customers can trust and rely on
What you need
- Has spent ten or more years working in IT infrastructure roles
- Has customer facing presales or solution consulting experience
- Has background in either storage presales or storage engineering
- Has hands on experience with AI, cloud, virtualization, or Kubernetes
- Communicates in business level English
Good to have
- Has worked with AI, machine learning, or GPU infrastructure
- Has experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or other cloud native environments
- Has experience with VMware or other virtualization platforms
- Has run complex RFPs or POCs for large enterprise accounts
