Responsibilities
- Propose growth plans centered on e-commerce to both new and existing customers.
- Work with marketing, inside sales, channel sales, and partners to win new customers and grow existing ones.
- Set and personally drive toward an individual revenue target.
- Pitch and sell the Commerce Cloud B2C and B2B platform directly to customers.
- Bring strategic, business-level problem solving to conversations with executives.
- Set the annual sales strategy for the territory and carry it out with digital agencies, system integrators, and logistics partners.
What you need
- Has 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry.
- Is motivated to grow and enjoys change and a fast pace.
- Puts the customer first and manages budget considerations carefully.
- Sets and follows through on a sales process and priorities to hit targets.
- Has direct sales experience with a personal revenue target.
- Has experience selling software to large enterprises.
Good to have
- Experience proposing problem-solving solutions is a plus.
- Knowledge of enterprise software such as CRM, ERP, BI, SCM, or PLM is a plus.
- Experience selling retail or digital marketing solutions is a plus.
- English ability is a plus but not required.
- Experience selling e-commerce solutions with a track record of hitting targets is a plus.
