Responsibilities
- Become a trusted advisor helping customers think through data and analytics strategy.
- Identify the best fitting solution for each customer and support it technically.
- Use Tableau alongside Salesforce Data 360 and Agentforce to enable data driven decisions.
- Partner with the internal sales team on presales activity.
- Present at conferences and events and build demo and training content.
- Build proofs of concept and respond to the functional and technical parts of RFIs and RFPs.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- Hands-on technical experience in data visualization, analytics, BI, or a related data area.
- Able to build customer trust and move deals forward persuasively during the sales cycle.
- Strong presenting and communication skills, with flexibility to travel when needed.
Good to have
- English ability is a plus though not required.
