Responsibilities
- Bring the global SPSM methodology and an AI driven, automated way of working directly into Japanese customer projects and make it stick.
- Use AI to automate key stages such as requirements analysis, user story writing, decision logging, automated build and deploy, and observability.
- Review, verify, and approve the metadata, configuration, code, tests, and documentation AI produces.
- Prove results with software that actually runs, rather than status reports.
- Work across a wide range of technology beyond Agentforce, including Data Cloud, the broader Salesforce platform, and outside AI integrations.
- Work closely with the global delivery center, translating Japan specific context into clear instructions.
What you need
- 5 to 11+ years leading enterprise system consulting or build work from requirements through design, development, testing, and go live.
- Deep understanding of the IT build process, from strategy through requirements, design, development, testing, and migration.
- Experience building solutions with AI or LLMs, or using AI tools to improve real work.
- Strong logical communication, able to state intent clearly and build agreement.
- Fluent Japanese and business level English for technical discussion.
Good to have
- Experience with business analysis or modeling such as UML, BPMN, or DMN.
- Experience with customer negotiation, consensus building, or enterprise architecture.
- Experience with API and integration design, or proposing and running PoCs for new technology.
- Development experience on the Salesforce platform, such as Apex, Flow, or Data Cloud.
- Experience with conversational AI or agent development, such as prompt engineering.
