Responsibilities
- Find and qualify Agentforce opportunities at current and new customers that fit the ideal customer profile.
- Run in-depth technical discovery on complex business problems and judge whether Agentforce fits.
- Explain how the Salesforce product stack delivers tailored solutions within a customer's existing architecture.
- Craft and present points of view that show Agentforce's value to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Work with the Salesforce sales team and other functions as 'One Salesforce' to give customers a seamless sales experience.
What you need
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 5 to 10+ years of enterprise and commercial B2B sales in highly technical selling.
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning, including how to configure agents and connect them to existing flows, automation and APIs.
- Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform, such as Sales, Service, Marketing and Data Cloud.
- Technical selling skill to explain AI models and solutions to non-technical clients and tie them to business outcomes.
- A record of consistently beating sales targets in complex technical sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good to have
- Knowledge of and experience with AI agents, LLM vendors and hyperscaler clouds, especially the data side.
- Solution selling (not product selling), logical thinking and strategic planning skill.
