What you will do

Plan customer success stories in formats like written case studies, video, eBooks, and decks, and see them through with external agencies.
Find and shape content that shows how the company itself uses its own product, and manage agency partners to produce it.
Track content performance across channels and refine topics and formats.
Plan and run the Customer RoundTable seminar series, coordinating with Sales on speakers and guests.
Support hybrid sessions and track attendance and feedback.
Use approved AI tools to help with research and drafting.

Experience contributing to marketing, content, communications, or events work, including internships.
Experience on content projects from planning through delivery.
Able to coordinate content across formats such as written, video, and decks.
Able to coordinate interviews and event logistics with multiple stakeholders.
Korean fluency sufficient for customer interviews and content work.

Experience tracking content or event performance with tools like GA4 or Tableau.
Familiarity with Salesforce products or the Slack platform.
Experience conducting interviews or coordinating with external customers.
Professional-level English.
