Responsibilities
- Delivers complex AI solutions end to end, writing code and handling deployment personally.
- Designs and builds LLM based agents and automated processes on top of Salesforce.
- Partners directly with customers to develop custom agents using Agentforce.
- Owns the data lifecycle, from data model design through pipeline construction.
- Tracks down and fixes blockers that surface during data integration and model rollout.
- Builds prototypes fast alongside customer teams and refines them through iteration.
What you need
- Studied computer science or a related engineering discipline.
- Codes at an expert level in at least one language among JavaScript, Java, Python, or Apex.
- Has built and shipped LLM solutions and worked with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Has hands on experience with enterprise data platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Has configured and customized the Salesforce platform at an advanced level.
- Can travel to client sites for roughly 25% of the job.
Good to have
- Deep experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Agentforce is a plus.
- Experience shipping conversational AI in tightly regulated industries is a plus.
- Expert level Apex or Python skills are a plus.
- Advanced Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer II or Application Architect are a plus.
