Responsibilities
- Owns end to end delivery of complex AI solutions, including writing code, configuring systems, and fixing issues.
- Designs and builds AI and LLM based agents and automated workflows on the Agentforce platform.
- Works directly with customers to design agents tailored to their needs.
- Owns the full data lifecycle, from data models to pipelines to integrations.
- Finds and personally resolves technical blockers that come up during delivery.
- Builds quick prototypes, shows them to customers, and improves them based on feedback.
What you need
- Has 5+ years delivering large scale production systems end to end.
- Has a background in computer science or a related engineering field.
- Is expert level in at least one language such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or Apex.
- Has hands-on experience integrating LLMs and using orchestration tools like LangChain.
- Has experience with large enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
- Is fluent in Japanese and English and can travel 25 to 50 percent of the time.
Good to have
- Has built conversational AI solutions in a highly regulated industry.
- Is expert level in Apex or Python.
- Has prior hands-on, customer-facing experience.
