Responsibilities
- Run large customer migrations solo, staying involved from the kickoff meeting until the system finally goes live.
- Act as the single point of contact your migration pod turns to for both strategy and hands on technical calls.
- Push the team toward AI agents and automated tooling so data mapping and code conversion take less manual effort.
- Build deep expertise in one platform area, whether that is Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
- Step in as the technical lead whenever a migration hits a major incident during cutover.
What you need
- At least eight years spent in customer success, consulting, or professional services roles centered on big platform migrations.
- Hands on mastery of at least one platform: Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
- Has partnered with offshore or global delivery teams to move projects along faster.
- A degree, or work experience that adds up to the same thing.
Good to have
- Holds a certification tied to the platform, like Marketing Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, or Tableau Desktop Specialist.
- Has run multi million dollar transformation projects solo as an individual contributor before.
- Carries a Salesforce AI Associate or Agentblazer badge.
