What you will do

Design and build the analysis and models needed to guide medium and long term investment decisions.
Build and deliver presentations for senior executives.
Run the regular business performance analysis that supports leadership decisions.
Research and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand the market and find new ways to win customers.
Design and roll out optimal sales territories and targets.
Manage multiple projects together with internal teams and outside partners such as marketing agencies and data vendors.

3+ years in strategy or planning at a large enterprise sales organization or IT company.
Strong at analytical modeling, spreadsheets, and database analysis.
Can design recommendations that are backed by data and actually actionable.
Project management experience.
Fluent in Japanese and English.

A degree in a field requiring statistics or analysis, such as engineering, information science, or economics, or equivalent experience.
Experience at a consulting firm or in a corporate planning department.
Experience training newer team members on analysis and reporting.
Experience analyzing data with Salesforce, Tableau CRM, or Tableau.
Experience extracting and shaping data with SQL, or working with big data.
