- Build digital transformation strategy with client companies and shape the system rollout roadmap together.
- Lead the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, build, testing, and cutover.
- Take ownership of one specialty area among project manager, business architect, solution architect, or technical architect.
- Draw up adoption plans and help make sure a newly delivered system actually gets used in daily work.
- Set internal operating standards and review design quality to keep governance consistent.

What you need
- Five or more years leading work in strategy, governance, or project execution.
- Three or more years leading a team.
- Proven ability to communicate with clients, including executives, and drive agreement.
- Fluent Japanese and able to read English documents without difficulty.
Good to have
- Project experience with data initiatives or AI agent development.
- Able to communicate and run projects in business-level English.
- Hands-on experience using AI to raise work productivity.
