Responsibilities
- Build trust with central and local government stakeholders and shape the public sector growth strategy accordingly.
- Lead every step as the owner, from policy proposals to project formation, public private partnership structures, and outreach.
- Study how governments abroad use AI safely and adapt those proven approaches to the Japanese market.
- Act as the internal evangelist who explains the company's trusted AI governance values to government officials.
- Bring technology based proposals to social issues through outside groups and partnerships, turning that into large deals.
- Feed the latest government policy trends and AI or data guidelines back into the company quickly to support business development.
What you need
- Three or more years of public sector sales, policy outreach, or business development at a government body or a private company.
- Business level English (TOEIC 900 or higher, or a year or more of study or work abroad).
Good to have
- Experience working inside a central ministry, local government, or a parliament member's office.
- Close ties with key government figures, such as Digital Agency leaders or lawmakers pushing AI and data policy.
- A track record of launching or leading new business efforts.
- Frequent public communication experience, such as media contributions or conference speaking.
- Broad knowledge of AI and cloud services and the ability to turn that into client proposals.
