Responsibilities
- Leads digital transformation for strategic enterprise clients as a technical consultant on Salesforce projects.
- Designs overall system architecture covering integration, authentication, security, and large-scale data processing.
- Builds prototypes to validate complex technical requirements.
- Creates development guides and frameworks to manage CI/CD and other delivery processes.
- Resolves critical technical issues and reviews the quality of major project deliverables.
- Works with global product teams and architects to solve complex customer challenges.
What you need
- Brings 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in enterprise systems development, CRM rollouts, or IT consulting.
- Has about 5 years of experience leading projects as an architect or technical leader.
- Has strong knowledge of Java based web development and data modeling.
- Can perform hands-on technical work such as configuring cloud services or writing code.
- Leads complex projects proactively with a strong sense of ownership.
- Communicates and facilitates effectively with customers.
Good to have
- Has specialized knowledge in system integration, SSO, large-scale data, or DevOps and agile processes.
- Has experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Understands multiple Salesforce products or has worked on large-scale CRM projects.
- Has business-level English for global collaboration.
- Holds Salesforce certifications.
