What you will do

Evangelize frameworks, project deliverables, and best practices across internal networks, sharing knowledge broadly.
Identify opportunities to expand MuleSoft's footprint, leading multiple engagements at once and driving partner collaboration.
Identify risks and pain points from the field and help build internal mitigation measures.
Coach and mentor Services team members on both technical and soft skills.
Identify efficiencies in customer IT operating models to support SDLC pipeline implementation, and publish reusable technical content for the field.
Drive project direction through presentations, architectural blueprints, and requirements-gathering workshops.

High fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
Experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions.
Architecture-level experience with at least two of: MuleSoft or similar integration platforms, API management solutions, or packaged ERP/CRM solutions.
Experience managing and architecting multiple integration project SDLCs end to end, sometimes simultaneously.
Experience designing solutions within a diverse technical team of clients, SIs, and internal staff.
Experience with high availability, fault tolerance, and performance testing and tuning.
