Responsibilities
- Serve as a Tableau product expert with a deep grasp of both server and client-side solutions.
- Provide technical support for building customer data analytics platforms and migrating them to the cloud.
- Work onsite with customers to support dashboard development, design, performance tuning, and data preparation.
- Write planning, design, and test documentation needed for platform builds and migrations.
- Run workshops based on the Tableau Blueprint to help build a data-driven culture.
- Support pre-sales by checking technical feasibility and helping draft proposals.
What you need
- Has experience delivering enterprise software from requirements through design and implementation.
- Has knowledge of server software and server operating systems.
- Has hands-on experience with PaaS on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understands networking concepts such as proxies and load balancers.
- Knows authentication and security concepts such as SSO and SSL.
- Has led overall system architecture design and can communicate in English.
Good to have
- A master's degree is a plus.
- Knowledge of Tableau or other BI tools is a plus.
- 8+ years in analytics or software deployment is a plus.
- Knowledge of system integration, SSO, big data, agile, or DevOps is a plus.
- Advanced analytics skills using R, Python, or SQL are a plus.
