- Lead projects with the customer's success and strategy at the center.
- Design solutions that fit the customer using standard features and accumulated know how.
- Own quality across the full implementation, from requirements analysis through development and testing.

- Build work plans and manage progress to protect schedule and quality.
- Collaborate with other roles such as project managers and architects to deliver results together.
What you need
- Four or more years designing or developing enterprise software such as CRM or ERP.
- Experience on IT system development projects, identifying and carrying out needed tasks directly.
- Experience running projects under waterfall or agile methodology.
Good to have
- Salesforce certified administrator with related technical or admin experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Experience mapping a customer's current operations and systems into a future state.
- Able to use English in written and verbal communication.
