Responsibilities
- Travels to customer sites worldwide, roughly half the time, to help stand up the Hivemind software.
- Becomes a go to expert on the Hivemind stack and trains customers on how to use it.
- Builds AI and autonomy features using the company's own developer kit.
- Backs the sales team during demos, conferences and other pre sale moments.
- Helps get software live and integrated after a deal closes.
- Writes documentation and training materials, and helps customers work through software and API bugs.
What you need
- Has a bachelor's in engineering, computer science or a related field plus 3+ years of experience, or a master's plus 1+ year.
- Brings a strong software engineering foundation.
- Writes modern C++ comfortably.
- Has sharp problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
Good to have
- Has worked in defense, aviation or robotics.
- Has been a customer facing solutions or sales engineer before.
- Has thrived in a fast moving startup environment.
- Holds an advanced degree in robotics or autonomy.
