Has dealt with government procurement and stakeholders across more than one defense or aerospace market.
Has run distributed teams and kept stakeholders in different countries aligned.
Has worked directly with senior military leaders, defense ministries, or embassy contacts.
Speaks English and Japanese at the level the district needs.

Has led a region before in an allied defense market, Japan included.
Already has relationships with defense ministries, senior military figures, or procurement offices.
Has led Foreign Military Sales or multi country procurement deals.
Understands ISR, autonomy, drones, or AI enabled systems from an operational view.
