Builds and runs the go to market strategy for Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan.
Owns the annual order target and builds a multi year pipeline of opportunities.
Runs the entire sales motion, from the first conversation through to signing and the growth that follows.
Meets face to face with high ranking military, government, and defense industry contacts.
Sets up and manages local partnerships, prime contractors, and industrial participation arrangements.
Prepares proposals and programs and leads complex product demonstrations.

Brings 10 or more years of experience in business development across defense, aerospace, or national security work in the region.
Has hands on government or defense experience in Japan, South Korea, or Taiwan and understands procurement and export rules there.
Has closed complex defense programs spanning both hardware and software.
Has working knowledge of autonomy, unmanned systems, and sensing technology used for reconnaissance.
Speaks English and Japanese fluently.
Is based in Tokyo and can work across multiple time zones.

Already holds a US or allied security clearance.
Has served in the military or held operational command roles in Japan.
Has supported foreign military sales or worked directly with foreign air forces.
Has direct experience with UAV operations or AI enabled command and control systems.
