Responsibilities
- Manage competing priorities across multiple proposals and related deliverables for the Taiwan team and the broader Asia/Middle East business development group.
- Lead proposal execution end to end, from pre-RFP planning through submission and closeout.
- Bring cross-functional contributors together to deliver compliant proposals on schedule.
- Continuously improve proposal processes, templates, and tools.
- Support customer meetings, demos, and business development events with briefing and presentation materials.
What you need
- Brings 2 to 4+ years of background in proposal work for U.S. Federal agencies or international governments, or in BD operations for the same kinds of customers, or, without that direct background, 3+ years spent supporting U.S. Federal agencies or international government customers in another capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with proposal methodologies, compliance matrices, and project management tools.
- Able to communicate complex, technical ideas clearly in speech and writing.
Good to have
- Fluent in Mandarin and able to read and write traditional Chinese.
- Experience managing Foreign Military Sale or Direct Commercial Sale proposals.
- Technical background in unmanned systems or autonomy software.
- Understanding of Taiwan's defense industry and military operations.
- Holds an active U.S. security clearance.
