Responsibilities
- Act as the strategy and operations partner for the Agent Development team across APAC.
- Plan and prioritize the weekly deployment of people across customers, agent builds, and countries, and keep the systems behind it accurate.
- Help build out and scale the standard approach the company uses to design, build, evaluate, and launch AI agents for large enterprise customers.
- Work with Agent Strategist leads to spot expansion opportunities and build repeatable ways to turn them into revenue.
- Analyze large datasets and turn the findings into recommendations executives can act on right away.
- Coordinate projects that span Strategy, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations, keeping timelines and ownership clear.
What you need
- Five or more years in management consulting or in strategy and operations at a leading tech company.
- Strong analytical skills, turning large datasets into insights executives can act on.
- Experience supporting multi-disciplinary operations teams as a trusted strategy advisor.
- Writes clearly and delivers concise executive communication.
- Structures and works through complex, ambiguous problems independently.
- Strong business judgment on how enterprise technology gets adopted, deployed, and expanded.
