- Own the full recruiting cycle end to end, creating a good experience for candidates and interviewers alike.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role profiles and understand the candidate market.
- Build and run sourcing strategies across multiple channels for active and passive candidates.
- Track recruiting metrics and report them regularly to hiring managers and leadership.
What you need
- Brings 5 to 8-plus years of experience running full-cycle recruiting at a fast-growing tech company.
- Have shown strength in recruiting, outbound sourcing, and closing candidates for technical and business roles.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and interview teams.
- Communicate well in both English and Japanese, written and verbal.
Good to have
- Have experience using the Ashby applicant tracking system.
