- Designs, builds, and ships AI agents that run in live production environments.
- Owns the full agent development cycle from first pilot through ongoing iteration.
- Meets directly with enterprise and startup customers to understand problems and build agents for them.

What you need
- Has built and scaled systems that run in production.
- Can solve technical problems in fast-changing, uncertain environments.
- Can work directly with customers to understand needs and solve real problems.

Good to have
- Has shipped AI or large language model systems to production.
- Has worked as a founder or an early engineer at a startup.
- Is familiar with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, or prompt design.
- Has experience with React, TypeScript, or Go.
- Has worked directly with customers or led technical projects with outside stakeholders.
