- Build reliable production AI agents across finance, healthcare and commerce.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment, tuning and continuous improvement.
- Work directly with enterprise and startup leaders on business problems and integrated agents.
- Bring customer needs and prototypes back to research, product and platform teams.
What you need
- Build and scale end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem solving in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.

- Strong English and Korean communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

- Founder or founding engineer experience.

- React, TypeScript and/or Go.
- Customer-facing roles or technical projects with external stakeholders.
