Responsibilities
- Own a territory's AI/ML sales and hit quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue targets.
- Run tailored sales plays to help customers get more out of AI and ML on the Snowflake platform.
- Talk directly with customers about their AI and ML needs, then feed what you learn into the product roadmap.
- Act as the AI and ML solutions expert, advising customers and partners strategically.
- Team up with account execs, sales engineers, and our field CTOs to help move customer work from first discovery all the way through deployment.
- Track and analyze AI/ML sales performance and use the data to improve strategy.
What you need
- 10+ years of experience, including 6+ years consistently exceeding targets in technical or software sales.
- Deep knowledge of AI, ML, and transformation technology, with a track record of driving sales in that space.
- A consistent record of hitting revenue targets in highly competitive markets.
- Strong at managing a complex sales process, presenting, and listening.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English.
Good to have
- A track record of independently building, developing, and closing new client relationships.
- Can engage senior executives and decision makers at both a technical and business level.
- Works well with teams across marketing, product, professional services, and sales engineering.
- Bachelor's degree.
