Responsibilities
- Build and execute the sales strategy for your district to drive quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and evaluate an account-executive-centered sales team to build a consistently high-performing organization.
- Build long-term trust with executives by deeply understanding customers' business challenges and data strategy.
- Strengthen account planning and pipeline management to improve forecast accuracy.
- Lead the full sales effort on large strategic deals, from shaping the opportunity through closing and expansion.
- Collaborate with sales engineering, professional services, marketing, and partners as one team to maximize customer outcomes.
What you need
- Have 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Have 3+ years of sales management experience with a track record of building, developing, and evaluating teams to hit targets.
- Have led large enterprise deals from account planning through closing.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills for building long-term relationships directly with executives.
- Be proficient in Japanese and comfortable working in English.
Good to have
- Experience selling to complex enterprise customers is a plus.
- Strong interest in data, cloud, and AI, with a habit of continuous learning in a fast-changing market, is a plus.
- A strength in shaping strategic deals that involve customers, internal teams, and partners is a plus.
