Responsibilities
- Act as the technical expert leading hands-on implementation of Snowflake deployments.
- Deploy the platform following best practices and share knowledge so customers can extend it themselves.
- Work directly alongside customers to demonstrate and deliver implementation know-how.
- Partner with systems integrator consultants to find the right setup for each customer environment.
- Provide solutions and guidance tailored to each customer's technical challenges.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to help improve the product.
What you need
- Five to eight years of post-sales technical delivery experience.
- Able to read customer needs and propose and drive the project approach independently.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis.
- Experience scripting in languages such as Python, Ruby, Perl, or Bash.
- Able to travel and work flexibly on-site with customers.
Good to have
- Experience with large-scale database technologies such as Redshift, Netezza, Exadata, or Teradata.
- Experience with large-scale data processing tools such as Spark or Hadoop.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Experience designing and building systems on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with data analytics projects that use AI or machine learning.
