Responsibilities
- Bring up Fastlane Edge on customer ECUs and gateways with bus, SDK, security and cloud integration; own runbooks.
- Validate model inputs, dependencies, resources and concurrency; port Python models to native C++/ONNX Runtime with numerical-parity tests.
- Train customers on SDK/ADK, capture requirements and write Korean/English documentation.
- Train, compare and tune models on vehicle data; export ONNX, quantize and measure target latency.
- Run vehicle tests, demos, onsite support and defect triage, producing ASPICE v4 MLE evidence where required.
- Use AI tools for engineering within customer data-governance requirements.
What you need
- Relevant CS, electrical, mechanical/control or related bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in ML or embedded software, including 2+ years deploying ML on edge/embedded Linux.
- Strong Python, modern C++14/17 build/debug skills and Linux processes, logs and containers.
- Hands-on structured device/bus signals, mapping, sampling and time alignment. Hybrid in Pangyo; reports to the Engineering Director, including customer vehicle/onsite-test support.
- ONNX/ONNX Runtime with PyTorch or scikit-learn/XGBoost; ARM quantization and latency/memory profiling exposure.
- Time-series/signal modeling, reproducible ML pipelines, Parquet/Arrow/DuckDB-style tooling, experiment tracking, dataset versions and Python tests.
- Fluent Korean, professional English and clear writing; willingness to combine development with customer support and onsite validation.
Good to have
- Master’s degree; customer-facing integration, field applications or solutions; Linux sandbox/security/library issues.
- DBC/ARXML, UDS, SOME/IP and DLT are optional, not prerequisites; NXP S32/eIQ, Qualcomm SA8xxx/SNPE-QNN, vehicle dynamics or virtual sensors.
- OEM IT/security, data sovereignty, ASPICE v4, ISO 26262 and ISO 21448.
- LLM/MCP engineering and evaluation, Jira/Confluence, Git and Agile/Scrum.
