Responsibilities
- Embed with enterprise customers to learn their workflows and build production systems on Telnyx's network.
- Build custom voice, messaging, and AI features using Telnyx APIs and WebRTC.
- Deploy and run open-weight models or model gateways inside customer environments.
- Add monitoring and alerting to what you ship so its health can be tracked.
- Design model routing for real-time voice workloads that balances speed, cost, and quality.
- Lead projects from proof of concept to production and stay involved until it's stable.
What you need
- Holds a computer science degree or equivalent experience.
- Has shipped production software for 3+ years, including on-call and debugging.
- Can work in several languages such as Python, Node.js, or Go.
- Is based in or willing to relocate to Singapore and eligible to work there.
Good to have
- Has worked on AI voice assistants or speech recognition and synthesis.
- Has deployed and run containerized services on Kubernetes.
- Has handled high-throughput traffic with tools like Kafka.
- Has designed and built APIs from scratch.
- Has worked with real-time voice systems such as SIP or WebRTC.
