- Takes full ownership of the balance sheet for assigned legal entities and closes the books accurately each month and quarter.
- Handles statutory accounting and tax compliance, and leads internal and external audits.
- Keeps core finance processes such as payroll, purchasing, and expense reporting running smoothly.
- Manages relationships with outsourced service providers to keep service quality on track.
- Reviews account reconciliations, digs into variances, and drives fixes.
- Partners with finance, tax, legal, and sales teams to share financial insight and solve business problems.
What you need
- Has significant accounting experience at a large multinational company.
- Knows U.S. GAAP and financial reporting rules well.
- Has managed month end close and statutory reporting.
- Delivers accurate work under tight deadlines.
- Is fluent in spoken and written English.
Good to have
- A professional accounting credential such as CPA, ACCA, or CA is a plus.
- Experience managing external audits and compliance work is a plus.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Interest in or experience using AI to boost productivity and reporting is a plus.
