- Advise on legal, regulatory and compliance matters in Korea and APAC and partner with functions on business objectives.
- Advise on consumer protection and review vehicle sales contracts and warranty agreements.
- Review and negotiate leases for service centers, retail locations and Supercharger sites.
- Review and negotiate general commercial and procurement contracts.
- Advise on employment contracts and labor-law issues and manage external counsel for specific legal matters.
What you need
- Korean legal qualification and solid knowledge of relevant Korean law are required.
- At least six years with a top-tier international law firm or multinational company is required.
- Make sound decisions under ambiguity and explain legal requirements in actionable business terms.
- Prioritize multiple projects and quickly propose and implement practical solutions.
- Strong communication, writing, presentation and organizational skills and independent, cross-functional work in a fast-changing environment are required.
