What you will do

Own sales, delivery, productivity and P&L targets and manage individual goals and performance using data.
Coach customer interactions on the floor and train the team to handle product education, sales and delivery processes independently.
Partner with Marketing on local events and with the Delivery Advisor on subsidies, weekly utilization and sales and delivery planning.
Act early on subsidy, forecasting and operational risks and resolve escalated or difficult customer issues.
Recruit, train and develop staff and provide ongoing feedback, performance evaluation and succession planning.
Resolve people and safety issues with HR and relevant teams and uphold policies, safety and dress standards.
Maintain facility and showroom standards and control expenses while protecting customer and employee experience.

A bachelor's degree and at least five years of people-management experience with proven hiring, coaching and team results are required.
Experience leading teams in retail, hospitality, operations, technology or another customer-facing environment is required.
Strong coaching, judgment and communication, high integrity and cross-functional partnership skills are required.
Evening and weekend availability, a valid local driver's license, at least two years of driving history and a clean record are required.
Obtain any additional required licensing where applicable.
