Responsibilities
- Perform entry-level EV inspection, repair and service and new-car pre-delivery inspections.
- Operate tools and perform equipment inspections, adjustments and certifications.
- Record time, expenses and materials and order supplies and parts.
- Maintain clean vehicles and facilities and organize priorities and deadlines.
- Support journeymen technicians and sales events when needed.
- Work with vehicle diagnostics, HVAC, hydraulics, brakes, electronics, scan and scope/DVOM tools, chemicals and lubricants.
What you need
- A technical-school certificate or equivalent experience is required.
- The posting states one to three years in a dealership environment and three to five years in the automotive industry.
- A valid driver's license and insurance, strong communication and ability to follow instructions are required.
- Maintain cooperative relationships and professional integrity and appearance.
Good to have
- Factory or OEM training and hybrid experience are a plus; A/C repair and refrigerant-handling certification is desired.
