What you will do
We rewrote the responsibilities and qualifications in plain language instead of copying the original posting.
Responsibilities
- Build defect sampling, inline metrology and electrical-test correlation infrastructure from the ground up.
- Analyze yield through defect Pareto, binning, parametric correlations and spatial signatures.
- Own metrology for critical-layer CD, overlay, film thickness, defect density and electrical continuity.
- Drive defect reduction and connect corrective actions across process, equipment and integration teams.
- Automate data pipelines, yield dashboards and early warnings with Python and SQL.
- Lead physical failure analysis with FIB/SEM, EBAC and TEM preparation and build die-yield models and simulations.
What you need
- A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of advanced-fab yield or metrology experience are required.
- Proficiency in yield analysis, inspection and review tools such as KLA and Camtek, and defect classification is required.
- Experience building greenfield yield-learning systems and ML/AI defect classification or yield prediction is required.
- Use Python or R for analysis and control and be familiar with wafer sort, electrical tests, EDS and advanced FIB/SEM failure analysis.
