Responsibilities
- Drive prototype vehicles for six to eight hours daily in designated areas to test active and passive safety functions.
- Evaluate vehicles on assigned and open-road routes under changing weather and road conditions.
- Analyze scenarios encountered during each shift and document observations and issues in daily driving reports.
- Recommend operational improvements and check vehicle safety and readiness before each shift.
What you need
- A valid driver's license and at least three years of driving history are required.
- Sustain prolonged driving and observation and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
- Use data-collection and troubleshooting tools and advanced PC and Office skills.
- Be available for domestic travel as needed and a flexible day or night shift schedule.
Good to have
- Familiarity with ADAS and autonomous driving systems is preferred.
