What you will do

Responsibilities
- Provide post-go-live administrative support for multiple client accounts.
- Configure users, groups, document types, lifecycles, workflows, notifications, and security settings.
- Handle bulk import and export of content and data.
- Analyze new product features and roll them out to production and sandbox environments.
- Build regular and ad hoc reports for customers.
- Process customer change requests and provide user training as needed.
What you need
- Have experience configuring, supporting, or implementing content management software.
- Have customer service or consulting experience.
- Be able to quickly grasp client needs and explain potential solutions.
- Have experience supporting clients independently in a remote setting.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Good to have
- Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English are a plus.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- System administration experience is a plus.
- Understanding of life sciences content management principles, taxonomies, and compliance/validation requirements is a plus.
- Experience with tools like Veeva Vault, OpenText, Documentum, Liquent, or Next Docs is a plus.
