Responsibilities
- Guide assigned customers through the full journey of adopting and running the Wiz platform.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for a set of customers over email, chat, and tickets.
- Build success plans with measurable goals alongside customers and manage the adoption process.
- Track progress toward those goals and share updates in regular business reviews.
- Surface customer feature requests and adoption blockers and advocate for them internally.
- Connect product, sales, engineering, and support so collaboration stays smooth.
What you need
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Five to eight years in a customer facing role supporting a cloud or cloud security product.
- Deep understanding of cloud services and architecture across at least two providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI.
- Hands on experience deploying containers such as Docker or Kubernetes and their security concerns.
- Practical experience with DevOps practices such as CI or CD, version control, and infrastructure as code, including their security side.
- Experience managing five or more complex enterprise accounts at once.
Good to have
- Security certifications such as CISSP or CCSP.
- Advanced certifications from a cloud service provider.
- A track record of building executive trust that drives customer outcomes.
- Experience using CRM or log analysis tools to track customer health and catch problems early.
- Ability to handle unclear responsibilities while building new processes from scratch.
