Responsibilities
- Lead the work of getting Xsolla's products and APIs running inside partner games, from first technical conversation through go live.
- Run client meetings and technical demos on your own, without needing another team to carry the conversation.
- Guide partners through API integration steps such as authentication, request and response structures, JSON payloads, and webhook setup.
- Read logs and API traces to tell integration errors apart from platform bugs and find the root cause.
- Use tools such as Postman or curl to call APIs directly and reproduce and narrow down client issues.
- Act as the connecting point between the client, business development, customer success, and engineering teams.
What you need
- Bring 3+ years working in technical integration, solutions engineering, or another client-facing technical role.
- Have led client meetings and presentations on your own before.
- Understand REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks well enough to read documentation and solve problems independently.
- Can test and debug API calls with tools such as Postman.
- Have near native fluency in both Korean and English, including writing business emails in either.
Good to have
- Have worked in gaming, payments, or fintech.
- Have used Confluence, Jira, or G Suite.
- Have worked at a foreign company or across time zones with global teams.
- Play games and follow the gaming industry closely.
