Responsibilities
- Meet both game publishers and creators, gather insights and follow trends in the creator economy and gaming.
- Work with the Product Director to set priorities and balance publisher and creator needs in the roadmap.
- Write clear, well scoped product requirements so design and engineering can build with confidence.
- Organize work in Jira and keep design, engineering and QA aligned from kickoff to release.
- Define and track metrics, and share product status and customer insights with Business Development, Customer Success and Marketing.
What you need
- At least 3 years in product management or product ownership, shipping software with a dedicated engineering team.
- Turn customer conversations into insight for product decisions and find solutions that work for more than one type of user.
- Write easy to follow requirements, decide scope and sequencing with engineers every day and manage the backlog in Jira.
- Keep people across the company informed and make progress in a fast, globally distributed team even when the picture is unclear.
- Understand how games find and grow audiences and how creators work on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok or Kick.
Good to have
- Experience in the creator economy or influencer marketing.
- Experience with two sided marketplaces or platform products.
- Experience with revenue share or performance based partner programs and conversion attribution.
