Responsibilities
- Go deep on usage metering, revenue-related behavior, and cloud cost management to help customers control spend.
- Take the lead when usage spikes, billing errors, or limit issues escalate.
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Finance to flag bugs, align on expected behavior, and improve transparency.
- Build internal guides, diagnostic tools, and playbooks, plus content customers can use directly.
- Train the global Solutions team so they can handle billing and cost conversations confidently.
- Bring customer feedback back into the company to help shape the product roadmap.
What you need
- Understands cloud billing structures and usage line items across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience working with usage data through APIs, tags, and account-level settings.
- Comfortable operating across both the technical and business sides of a problem.
Good to have
- Degree in computer science or engineering.
- Experience using tools such as Zendesk, Jira, or Confluence.
- Familiar with Datadog or a similar observability platform.
