Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to fully resolve complex technical issues such as API failures, integration problems, authentication errors, and production incidents.
- Analyze logs and reproduce issues to find root causes and give expert-level guidance.
- Build deep expertise in OpenAI's products and platform to serve as the final escalation point for hard technical problems.
- Partner with engineering to prevent recurring issues and improve internal tools using scripting and AI.
- Turn lessons from resolved cases into automation and AI-driven workflows that make the team more efficient.
- Provide on-call coverage on holidays and weekends when needed.
What you need
- Business-level fluency in Korean.
- Eight or more years of experience in user operations, engineering, or technical support roles.
- Experience scripting in a language such as Python to automate repetitive tasks.
- Expert-level ability to troubleshoot SaaS product issues.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

- A calm, steady approach to communicating with customers during high-stakes incidents.
- A track record of building trust with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong logical thinking that makes complex technical issues easy to explain.
- Quick to adapt and keep learning in ambiguous situations.
