Responsibilities
- Lead and expand strategic relationships with enterprise clients and partners that subscribe to PTC software.
- Design and improve partnership operating frameworks that drive adoption, expansion, renewal and business transformation.
- Advise C-level executives, program leaders and technical teams as a trusted advisor with strategic guidance.
- Help high-value customers achieve value, reduce churn risk and follow strategic account plans.
- Coach partners on customer success practices to support partner-led adoption and renewal.
What you need
- Minimum 8 years in customer-facing service roles, with at least 3 years in a CSM or relevant role.
- Extensive experience in the manufacturing sector and digital transformation projects.
- Deep expertise in CAD, PLM, IIoT, AR or related engineering and digital transformation fields, with a track record of solution implementation.
- Korean (native or fluent) and fluent business English.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, and legal authorization to work in Korea.
Good to have
- Advanced project management experience, with PMP certification preferred.
- A background in senior customer success management, professional services, solution consulting or strategic account management, and in-depth familiarity with PLM, ALM, CAD, IIoT or AR.
- Experience working with or for a PTC partner, with results in partner enablement and joint customer success.
