Responsibilities
- Sets and runs work strategy aligned with company and org goals, backs program impact with data, and manages the improvement cycle.
- Leads service and operations improvement projects as PM or PMO, including global initiatives.
- Works with stakeholders across teams to drive change and get delivery teams onto new ways of working quickly.
- Spots chances to improve operations, breaks from the current way of doing things, and builds and runs plans to optimize them.
- Tracks key KPIs, analyzes operational data, and turns insights into defined problems to solve.
- Coordinates across departments to keep work activities smooth and consistent.
What you need
- Has the leadership and management skills to motivate a team, guide it, build collaboration, and raise performance.
- Has 3+ years of hands-on project or program management experience.
- Has communicated effectively with a range of stakeholders, including business leaders, and worked with global team members.
- Is native level in Japanese and business level in English.
- Deeply understands a range of business processes, best practices, and industry trends, and has rolled out related IT systems.
- Analyzes operational data to spot trends, builds reports that support decisions, and solves problems strategically.
Good to have
- Experience managing a Salesforce rollout or related DX project is a plus.
- Experience in customer success support or technical support built around Salesforce products is a plus.
- Experience actively bringing AI into operations improvement work is a plus.
- A project management or change management certification is a plus.
