Responsibilities
- Analyze the customer's operations, including manual and undocumented work, and classify tasks as rule-based, judgment-based, or creative to identify what AI agents should handle.
- Design processes using a hybrid approach that combines the flexibility of LLMs with the accuracy of rule-based logic.
- Design and build agent and sub-agent structures, instructions, and actions, test to prevent errors, and deploy safely to production through CI/CD.
- Support adoption after launch, propose new use cases, and help build the structure for customers to run agents themselves.
- Help govern the organization so multiple AI agents don't proliferate unchecked, setting shared security and development standards and processes.
What you need
- Experience owning or leading a systems project end to end, from business analysis through design, build, test, and production handoff, following standard methodology (5 to 11+ years depending on level).
- Understanding of both inference-based and rule-based processing, with the judgment to apply each where it fits.
- Hands-on experience building solutions with LLM integration, AI orchestration, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
- Ability to organize ambiguous requirements or complex system structures into diagrams and language that build agreement between teams and customers.
- Experience using generative AI and other AI tools in your own analysis, design, and build work to raise productivity.
Good to have
- Hands-on experience in business analysis and modeling, including notations such as UML or BPMN.
- Experience negotiating directly with clients and building agreement on systems projects.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture.
- Experience designing or developing on the Salesforce platform, including standard features, Apex, Flow, or Data Cloud.
- Able to communicate in English with engineers overseas on joint projects.
