Responsibilities
- Discover HR, employee-service and ERP integration needs and demonstrate solutions.
- Handle technical and functional questions, RFI/RFP and proofs of concept for HR, safety, workplace and legal services.
- Engage CHRO, HR, corporate-services and IT leaders, considering Korean labor, privacy and safety requirements.
- Partner with sales and implementers, mentor Korean consultants and relay product feedback.
What you need
- More than twelve years in ERP/HCM/HR transformation consulting or presales, or HR service delivery, service-center operations or process redesign.
- Fluent spoken and written Korean and English with business and technical communication.
- Strong RFI/RFP writing, presentation and customer-demo skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented through structured enterprise buying cycles; strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Rapid learning of technologies and Korean regulations, with proactive problem solving.
- Seoul; working arrangement follows the assigned work persona. Required export approvals are an employment condition.
Good to have
- SaaS experience is preferred.
- ServiceNow workflows, integration and governance, or ERP/middleware integration.
- Korean labor, PIPA or workplace regulations; Korean enterprise or multinational experience.
