Manages deal progress closely, including forecast accuracy and CRM upkeep.

Has 10 or more years in business development or sales in technically complex fields such as AI/ML, autonomy, SaaS, or aerospace and defense.
Has a track record of closing deals in the US government or defense market.
Has deep understanding of defense acquisition and government procurement processes.
Holds a bachelor's degree.
Speaks both English and Mandarin.

Has sold autonomy, AI/ML, or unmanned systems solutions.
Has prior military experience.
Already has relationships within defense, government, or aerospace customer circles.
Has worked with large systems integrators or strategic partners.
Holds or is eligible for a security clearance.
