Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship AI agents that run in real production environments.
- Own the full agent development cycle from first rollout through ongoing improvement.
- Meet directly with enterprise and startup customers to understand their problems and build agents for them.
- Feed what you learn from customers back into the platform roadmap.
- Experiment with new technology such as voice models and bring it to production at scale.
What you need
- Has built and scaled end-to-end production systems before.
- Solves technical problems on their own in fast-changing, uncertain settings.

- Explains technical work clearly and persuasively to any audience.
Good to have
- Has shipped AI or LLM systems into production.
- Has worked as a founder or founding engineer.
- Has touched tooling behind modern agents such as evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, retrieval pipelines, and prompt design.
- Has worked with React, TypeScript, or Go.
- Has worked directly with customers or led technical projects with outside partners.
