  • GitLab said seven Ajou University students spent two months translating the entire GitLab interface into Korean. Ajou University has run its own GitLab instance since 2018, with more than 9,000 registered projects.
  • The Ministry of the Interior and Safety said it uses GitLab to register and share development output from its AI Government Lab, where civil servants take part. About 40 projects had been posted as of August 2026.
  • Megazone Cloud, together with New Relic, introduced an automated recovery system that rolls GitLab back to its last stable version when a failure occurs.
